Packaging and Delivery
Be assured all items purchased on our website are delivered to your doorstep in discreet cardboard packaging.

Warranty and Refunds
All our Performance LED light range come with a standard 1 year warranty.
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
* if your goods are faulty or have a defect
* you receive the wrong item In the above cases we will reimburse the cost of returning the goods We do not issue the refund if:
* your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
* your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. delayed by a natural disaster).
We accept refunds within 7 days after delivery. In some cases goods may need to assessed before a refund is accepted. If you require a refund please contact us at bottom of page.

How are shipping costs calculated?
Shipping costs are prepaid before shipping. Costs are calculated based on current courier pricing to various domestic regions of New Zealand and product weight / volume. For orders to a rural address (Rural Delivery) there may be additional postage charges. For more details on how shipping costs are calculated, please contact us directly.
