Shipping Policy
SHIPPING
We work with a number of local New Zealand couriers to provide fastest reliable service for delivery. Our warehouse has regular pickup times throughout the day (8:30am, 11am, 3pm). If your order is received after 2:30pm Mon-Fri will be processed and shipped the following day. Orders received after 2:30 pm Friday will be shipped the following Monday. If you require a particular shipping method, please contact us to arrange.
SHIPPING OUTSIDE OF NEW ZEALAND
If you live outside of New Zealand and would like to order from us, we can arrange shipping. Costs and times will depend upon location and shipping method you request.
SHIPPING TIME
Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates:

TRACKING INFORMATION
Your order will have a tracking number that can be sent once your order is shipped but sometimes due to shipping changes or specials, tracking is not available. For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may be sent in separate packages even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
